Why are you not able to cancel my booking 7 months in advance?
I made an error using a booking website to just reserve a room and not pay for it advance
I have asked you several times please to cancel my room and refund me to which you have refused.
I have spoken to my bank today and they have launched an investigation on my behalf to retrieve my money.
You booked on Booking a Prepaid rate, which is 10% less than the normal rate and requires full prepapyment on the day of booking. This Prepaid rate is a non-refundable rate. You have chosen this rate and confirmed that.
As a good will we have offered you to change your booking to any other date if you are not able to travel in November.
This we can of course still offer to you - to change your bookingdates.

I am so shocked at your response
I have begged for you refund my account as I booked this in error
Your hotel looks and wonderful but I have yet to establish childcare, time off from work, flights etc etc
Are you really that economically strapped for money that you would wish to take money for a booking that I do not want?
Why can you not be gracious? It's so dreadful that you would behave this way
I could understand if my booking was for this week, next week even next month
But this is 7 months away!
I had only just discussed with my husband the prospect of visiting Vienna and held the room in order to show him how wonderful it looked and then make arrangements around these dates
Please refund my money I ask again
