Belleair Beach, Florida

I saw that you said the rooms do not have air conditioning? Was also wondering, do they charge per person per room?

Generally the skellig sharge per person per night. However you can get deals that are on a per omm basis and still include breakfast. I recommend you email their reservations team or call them as they are always extremely helpful when discussing rates and charges. I was here again just before easter and as ever had a fantastic night. They have a new night porter who is extremely helpful.

Just noticed it was charged, not changed, my apologies. It is per person, most places are anyway.

To be honest the room was the perfect temperature and didn't need it. Perhaps there was a switch or maybe it was there but I didn't notice. Household staff lovely and serviced room everyday.

No! They do not! It comes down to rate you pay if breakfast is included. What you get at checkout is firm. We found most places provided breakfast even if not mentioned which was a bonus. All except in one. Accommodation is competitive so usually they are keeping edge

I got a room rate when I booked and as our kids were under 12 they were included in the rate.

You can ask for a fan for room if room is warm. And usually charge per adult.
