You say that you advertise about the noise level, funny but we were not told a thing, it's a little too late to read it at reception as you get your keycard to go to your room. I will still be telling people to steer clear of your hotel, believe me, their is a large number of people that travel to the MCG from all States. I think you need to make it very clear when a booking is made, do not wait until your guests are at reception.
Trouble is we booked over the phone and "someone" forgot to tell us, and if you were there on the week end and not at the nightclub then maybe you left your hearing aids at home, seriously 2 floors above doof doof music, you can't not hear it and as I said the bed was moving (and no funny remarks cause there was nothing going on except doof doof two floors down)
I don't remember having any problem with noise.
In fairness it is written all over their booking pages - even on the individual room description. I'm not really sure how they could advertise it more honestly?
