Do they show subtitles with the Opera shows in this theatre (they do in Prague which is fantastic as you can follow the whole story) ?

Yes, there are English surtitles for all opera performances. But due to technical reasons you can't see them from all seats. If you want to see translation don't choose seats in the 2nd and 3d row in side boxes and starting from 3d row in the middle section of 2nd balcony.

Yes, all performances are provided with English subtitles. In order to be able to see the subtitles, I would recommend resisting the temptation of the suspiciously cheap tickets (you will typically see one or two cheaper tickets appearing in a higher price range row or box) because those are the ones located behind columns/pillars and offer poorer visibility. My favorite is the upper balcony as the visibility is great and, just in case you feel like a cup of coffee and cake or a glass of bubbles during the breaks, the queues at the cafeteria are much shorter.

Yes, they do! When I bought the ticket I was not so sure, but hopeful :) Where I was seated I could see the subtitles perfectly, and I had the cheapest tickets (one of the last rows more or less central).
