We are very sorry that you were not pleased with your stay. We take the opinions of our clients very seriously and want our clients to know that they can always come to the reception desk if there is any type of problem during their stay.
For your complaints, the size of the bathrooms for example, we have recently redone and enlargened the bathrooms to make them more spacious and comfortable. Riads tend to have smaller rooms and bathrooms because they are old traditional Moroccan houses and were not built to be hotels. We have tried to make them as big as possible while also keeping the structure of the Riad intact.
For the hot vs. cold water problem, maybe we had a water pressure problem in the medina. Sometimes they cut off the water which results in us having less water pressure. This is rare, but can happen. It might be why your water went from cold to hot.
We would love to welcome you back to the Riad to show you that we have taken your considerations to heart. We apologize again for any discomfort and hope that we can remedy that on your next visist.
