Landmark Hotel Questions & Answers

Ranked #1,814 of 11,388 Restaurants in Bangkok
Everett, Washington

Hi Guys and Gals,

This is my second time back to Thailand and I will be spending my last 3 nights at the landmark. I have been hearing nothing but good things about it. I do have several questions though so if you don't mind helping me out, id appreciate it.

1. Are the standard rooms good or should I upgrade to a corner room?

2. Should I pay for the buffet breakfasts or eat out?

3. Are the beds on the softer side or firm side?

Thanks for your help, any info on those questions would be great.

We had a standard room and it was adequate but not spacious. We had the buffet breakfast on the first day but didn't do it again, as its expensive and downstairs in the hotel there is an alternative restaurant that is cheaper and if you go out of the hotel there are so many other cheaper options, starbucks, macdonalds, local restaurants. We found the beds on the firm side which we liked

Hi Joel, I have always taken the club level rooms, corner and standard, as they come with breakfast and also evening canapes and drinks (5.30-7.30) included in the price. its nice to have fresh cooked egg dishes together with a good selection of alternatives but there is nothing to stop you going the whole way and enjoying everything.

The standard room is ideal if you are a single traveller but can cope with a couple.the corner rooms are bigger with more seating area.

The bed is huge and comfortable, not too hard or soft.

One thing you will find is great staff, one of the reasons I've been back time after time.

Hope this helps

I always say if there's free upgrade going ? . My husband and I found the standard room was great and suited our needs. We didn't have breakfast so can't comment . We will be returning to this hotel for a night on our next Thailand trip . Hope this helps
