Yes, I believe they are. I noticed a number of people taking photographs and there were no signs saying no photography. Everyone today has phones that act as cameras anyway, so I imagine it would be difficult to prevent. Also the internal architecture is super and I know they are very proud of the IM Pi design, understandably so.

Yes they are so long as you don’t use a flash. I think I photographed everything in there!

Hi, absolutely they are, if you wish you can use even DSLRs freely in any(?) section of museum. Enjoy!

Yes, I found no problem at all. One can photograph the architecture and the exhibits though the lighting is low around quite a few exhibits so set camera accordingly.

We took lots of photos when there, as always, we avoided taking any which included people, or we considered “ sensitive”. Lots of interesting artefacts and displays, reflecting the Islamic culture through the ages.
