We stay one night in Manila at the City State Hotel in Mabini Street Manila as we arrive to late for the last boat at 3.30 pm leaving form Batangas Pier to Sabang.

The reason we stay there is because a coach (Travel company called Sea-cat) leaves at 8.30 am for Batangas Pier from the hotel and you can use the booking office within the lobby. Cost is about 1600 pesos return which includes the cost of the boat but not the small Terminal fee of around 100 pesos. Also you have to pay an environmental fee of round 50 pesos on arrival at Sabang.

The coach takes about 1.5 hours to the port and the boat trip is about 1 hour to Sabang but well worth the trip. Please note the coach has only one daily departure at 8.30 and the return you have to catch the 9.00 am boat from Sabang in order to get the coach back at 11.00 am.

We will be back in March 2017 as love the place and people.

Enjoy.

The best option is to have a private taxi drive you to the port of bath gas for 3000 pesos. I have a driver named Eduardo and you can text him in advance and he will be waiting for you at the airport. His cell is +639052440509

He will take you to the port and help you get to the boat. Be sure to get on the boat going to sabang pier. Cost is 230 pesos plus 80 pesos port fee.

When you get to sabang pier you will have to pay 50 pesos fee. The porters at the pier will take your bags and you to the mermaid which is a five minute walk.

There are a number of ways depending on your budget. You can take a taxi to the public bus terminal and take the bus to Batangas port where you can get a public ferry to Sabang (all in about 600 pesos)

You can take a private taxi directly to Batangas pier (about 4000 to 4500 pesos - make sure to refuse to pay additional for the tolls) Then you take the public ferry for about 250 pesos

Both of these will take about 2.5 to 4 hours to get to Batangas port, so you need to plan accordingly as the last ferry to Sabang usually runs around 3pm.

Another option is the sea plane service. Not sure of the contact information, but it costs about 5000 pesos per person and takes about 45 minutes.

Hope this helps.
