Is it safe to travel in December regarding Padmavati release controversy?
How does the hotel help if a law and order situation arises? We have a booking for 21 dec .
Sorry i can't tell you about the future situation going to create after release of padmawati. But you are here as a guest you can enjoy your traveling i am thinking that till 21st December the problem can be solved out.
Tensions are rising regarding release of Padmavati...within the Umaid Bhawan you will be safe...but your movements may certainly be curtailed if violence breaks out in city area...as well as other cities in India...as a tourist one would not want to be house bound...
We were unaware of Padmavati being released and it certainly wasn’t mentioned. The central aspect of your question is security at the wonderful Umaid Bhagwan Palace. Let me assure you that there is security at the Palace, the Maharajah also lives there and I wouldn’t think you will have any issues in that regard.
Have a wonderful stay and enjoy your December stay. You will be safe.
I am not able to provide an answer to this...the film will be released on 1st December so, hopefully, any tension relating to the film content would be passed by the 21st. We were in jaipur some months ago when the city was in lockdown - all his meant for us was that we were limited to stay in the hotel grounds or out of the city....the Taj hotels cater for such incidents very well and we had no problems.
Umaid Bhawan is a lovely hotel and I very much hope you are able to enjoy your stay trouble-free.

This property is extremely safe, they won’t let you in with your bags and they check the car as you enter the property. Then they scan and check all bags. The hotel has an amazing staff to help you in any possible way. I wouldn’t worry about going there. There is a lot of rumors all the time, as a tourist we worry too much. Just go, relax and enjoy.
Sorry, we can not tell you in Madam about that time, you can travel in anyway. Thank you madam to ask questions.
