Dear Future Guest,

Thank you for your enquiry. We do offer a selection of items which are Gluten Free. However, please specify you are allergic to gluten when making your booking with restaurant reservations as each outlet offers different variations.

Kind regards,

I'm not a dietician by any means but there were plenty of dishes without carbs which I believe contain the gluten. Give them a ring to confirm tho. They are very friendly

My husband is gluten-intolerant and the staff were amazing at making sure he always had his gluten-free toast in the mornings...without even having to ask. There are plenty of gluten-free menu items available too.

Gluten free bread and pasta is to be found in most Woolworth's so can't see there being a problem with the Oyster Box providing it

Yes! The seafood platter with rice is gluten free and highly recommended! Their food is 5 star!

I don't know if they have gluten free bread or pasta. Not easy to find that in South Africa. And their oxtail stew is the best I have ever had! I believe that is gluten free.
