How tight are the squeezes for the ladder tour? I’m 200+ lbs and want to do that tour, but want to make sure I’ll fit before I book.

I didn't do the ladder tour - but you should just call and ask them. They want to make sure participants on their tours are comfortable, so I'm sure they would tell you.

Some areas are quite tight, but mostly there are other ways around. I took the more conservative solutions, while my son really challenged the tight and scary spaces! It seemed to me that the guide was free to pick and choose certain routes, based on the ability and interest of the group. We were lucky to be with a small group (6-8) because it was a off season.

We only took the general tour and there was no problem. Unsure about the ladder tour though best to contact the Centre directly and see what they say. General is fine for any size adult as I'm over 6' and 300 lbs.

We did not take the cave tour as we were with 3 children under the age of 5 and were not sure if they would be able to keep up!
