It's 60 miles from Jamestown, Ca to Yosemite. But it'll take you close to 2 hours to make the trip, it's windy and sometimes slow through the hills.
It's about 50 miles but the road is windy and you often get stuck behind trailers/slow traffic. Getting into the park can take some time, too, depending on how busy it is. So I agree with above statements that you should plan on a 2-hour drive.
I don't know exact mileage, but it took every bit of an hour and forty minutes. A lot of twisting turning roads down the mountain.
