Head to the pier in the evening, there are plenty of buskers to keep you entertained as well as fair rides and places to eat.
If you have access to a car Disney and Universal studios are 30-40 minutes drive away.
Well, single most would be to head down to downtown Santa Monica and see the sights... Or rent a car and drive the coast
We got an uber to universal studio's and then stopped at some of the sights on the way back to the hotel. One of the best days on our honeymoon, have a great time!
La in a day tours are very good.
The bus service to explore local area is exceptional, very cheap, clean and stops right on the corner adjacent to where you are staying. Its only an hour or so away from Disneyland
Many good restaurants in the area. You will need to book a reservation. The staff won't necessarily be able to recommend a place, but a look at Trip Advisor restaurants will give you an idea ;)
You can take a bus tour of the Los Angeles area. It starts down by the park just a couple blocks from the pier. Also there is a street not far from the hotel that is a non-vehicle street full of restaurants and bars for the evening time.
