Yes you can. You have to drive slow. Also bring winter gear. Hats, gloves, and jacket. Its cold up on top

Yes you can. Just be sure you have enough gas, no where to stop.

We were on motorcycle and we saw cars there too, so yes. It is blacktopped all the way.

Be considerate on the sharp corners at the top. Motorcycles will slow prior and then motor through the corners , so try to follow this pattern yourselves to keep them safe.

Remember to stay in your lane. We went on a weekday earlier in the day and traffic was not bad. Another thing to remember is if you are coming from the plains states that you may have some altitude issues(I did). Keep well hydrated several days before and if you can acclimate slowly beforehand that will help you immensely. Also, we found it quite windy on the top, but the views were amazing.

Sure you can, I drove there in an SUV with 2WD no problem, it might be a little different if you go when temperatures are below freezing and ice might form in the road, But I believe they close it if this conditions are present.

Mt. Evans is known for having the highest paved road in North America and the summit is easily accessible without a 4 wheel drive vehicle.

Yes make sure your brakes are good and dont ride them going down. Its 3000 ft drop off the side no guardrails. Also use lower gear going down instead of riding your brakes.
