I wanted to purchase a gift certificate for $125.00 and was told by waitress that only the manager could authorize and she wouldn't be in for 2 more hours. Needless to say because I don't live in area I didn't go back. Nor will I. It's a shame that this very important detail to make money and expand potential animal loving clients has fell through the cracks.

I really think it's the fault of management to properly train and expect high quality. The "help" picks up the vibe of management. These small details are of the utmost importance. Thanks for your empathy

Good food, good waitstaff, but the manager is completely indifferent to apparently everything and seems to lack every positive characteristic one working in the hospitality industry should possess. From what I understand and have actually witnessed, the owners are unconcerned with this and clearly have their own......eccentricities. The worst thing for me is the fact that upon your initial entry into the restaurant, you are ignored until someone arbitrarily decides to acknowledge you, on their own time obviously.
