Management responded toy review by claiming iust have mistaken which hotel I stayed at. why am I not allowed to respond to them after I wrote my review? I posted pictures today so we will see.

You wrote your review with the truth. They replied unprofessionally as they always do about reviews with legit complaints.
Nothing more needs to be said. Travelers don't care about reading a back and forth peeing match. That's what email is for.

They responded to a review I wrote. If you notice they couldn't deny any thing I wrote and admitted to band aiding the issues. They claim they knew the deck needed work but did not bring up any of the other issues I pointed out. I spent most of my vacation in the room waiting for maintenance to come
Fix stuff. The place is really run down and dirty. Then they claim it's hard to fix stuff during summer, well up there is seasonal so they have fall, winter and spring to fix stuff and clean it up right. They don't care trust me. Took them almost 2 months to respond to me. They claim they saved me money but they had to change my room not because I didn't like it but because it was disgusting and stuff wasn't working right then had the nerve when I had to leave early because my step dad had to have emergency brain surgery for cancer, to hold that against me.
They gave me a very hard time about refunding my money. Shows what type of people you are dealing with. They are in denial about your review. The truth hurts. Best of luck! I know I won't be staying there again and I spread the word so no one I know will be going there either.
