We will be in Boston for 1 night, then staying at your property for 2 nights (Sept 3 & 4). Thinking of taking a ferry and not renting a car. Are there car services on Cape Cod or is it best to have your own vehicle?
Further responding - if you decide to take car service or rent a car consider leaving at 5 or 6 am and get to hotel early if weather looks good. Your room won't be ready, but the hotel is good about welcoming guests prior to check in - get your wristband, change into your swimsuit and coverup and get a great spot on the beach! They'll call you when your room is ready.
I am not aware of a ferry from Boston to Falmouth. Boston ferries go to Provincetown, Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket. You can likely catch a bus from Boston to Falmouth and then an Uber from the bus stop. The hotel is not in downtown Falmouth. A search for car service Boston to Falmouth brings up many companies - I don't see any predetermined prices so you'll need to call. As the hotel is not in downtown Falmouth, if you want to visit, it's a 15 minute uber ride from the hotel and you should go. Lots of traffic (really) depending on when you leave so you may like the comfort of having someone else drive you both ways if it fits in your budget. Car rental likely cheaper, but Cape traffic is legendary... good luck! In Falmouth, eat at La Cucina Sul Mare - reservations a must!
