The giraffe encounter is 2:00pm during warmer weather.
Reservations limited to 10 people.
I believe it's around $20.per person.
There are several Giraffes at the Cape May Zoo. However, I am not really sure about the feeding policies. There might be signs throughout the zoo, stating their official policies about feeding the animals. I would imagine feeding is not allowed, since mostly all of the animals are on a special diet.
I saw a sign for private giraffe tours. You may be able to if you go on the tour.
I did not see anyone feeding them or any info about it, best to call and ask
Ps the giraffes r put into the enclosure earlier than the other animals if it's a cold night expected so try to go earlier in the afternoon .. I the zoo closes at 445
Yes you can feed the giraffes I believe you'll have to set up an appointment and give a donation have fun it's a wonderful zoo the animals r well taken care of
I'm sorry but I'm not sure...best bet is to call ahead and ask. The staff is very friendly.
I don't believe you can feed the giraffes but I would check out their website for specifics.
I have never seen it done there.
It didn't look like that was an option. The giraffes looked like they were fed by the staff in high bins that they could reach.
No but I wish you could.
I don't think you can, the giraffes enclosure was separated by at least 12-15 feet from the walkway.
I don't believe so but you may want to call the zoo and ask. When we were there, the giraffes were eating from the feeders.
I am unsure and did not see an oppurtunity to.
Sorry, I don't know.
