I gave my CC info to make my deposit at this hotel and they were unable to run my card (I checked with my bank and they never even received the hit and I double checked my information then triple checked it and it was correct). They then gave me their information to do a wire transfer and after carefully reviewing the information with my partner, all seemed legit. Now they are saying they didn't receive it. Did anyone else have issues paying this hotel?
The issue was resolved with Halley's payment. After her credit card was declined three times, the EFT that we suggested she make, took the stipulated 10-14 working days and was eventually released into our bank account. We did let her know the moment we received it. Her booking still stands and everything is in order. I think the issue might have been that her CC is expiring soon.

We did. It wasn't a great resolution and took several weeks, but it looks like everything is straightened out and we are excited about our visit.
