The hotel was nice. I waited 2hours to check in and the computers were down. I never got to check in, but since I was able to verify my booking with the desk clerk he put me in a hospitality room till they could get a housekeeper to clean some rooms. I got the there at 11:15 got a room at 1:15am.... I was not the only person who could not check in. The desk clerk went above and beyond to try to accommodate all of us as soon as he could make it possible. He had to call the manager and employees off duty to come in to help. I got the last room via the web site and hotel clerk.
