Yes, I am sure there were locals in the bar but am sure they would be welcomed for meals. It isn't on the menu for dinner but we had an excellent hamburger. We did have a coffee maker in our room. It as European I think and the coffee was similar to expresso's but we just watered it down.
I'd think so, at least it was like that at the time of my stay (low season). However, the restaurant has a limited opening time/number of seats - I think there is no problem for lunch, but you'd better call/email them if you plan an evening visit.
Best bet would be to email them...see their web site for the info email address. I would guess yes as that would only seem reasonable but not sure if your question refers to non-resident as in out of Country or not staying at the Resort. My understanding is that they have guests from all over the world so if your question is in that context, then definitely yes. Their response time to emails was usually pretty quick but be aware that the local time is PST.
Get an answer from Tyax Lodge & Heliskiing staff and past guests.
