The tour is about an hour n you can get the tickets at the gift shop. Lunch at the cafe is ina beautiful environment n the food is delicious. You can also have high tea on weekends. It is available daily during warm weather. I love seating outdoors when the weather is nice. However window seating is nice all year round.

About an hour. If you are going around lunch time, be sure to check out the cafe. They have amazing lunches and if the weather is nice, request the outdoor seating for an extra special experience.

Tour took about an hour and was really comprehensive....We did not stay to eat...were in town for a wedding and time constraints, but would definitely do the next time around.

The tour of the mansion takes one hour. There are outbuildings, among them the garage and hothouse. Those are self-guiding, with docents available to answer questions, particularly with reference to the automobile collection, not all of it directly related to the Fricks, but with relevance to Pittsburgh.

There is also an art gallery on the property. While the mansion contains some of the artwork owned by Henry Clay Frick (the best of which moved with him to his mansion (now museum) in New York City, other pieces are in the gallery/museum on property.

All of these can be done at your own pace, given your particular interests. If you leave three hours for the visit, you can also have a nice meal at their cafe, also on-property.
