I have mobility issues and will be requesting a ground floor room, what apartment numbers or blocks do you recommend and also does anybody have a map of the complex that when enlarged you can still read the text? The ones I have found are illegible, thanks x

We stayed in block 3 and the side we were on had a garden view, the other side of block 3 had a pool view. There are plenty of ramps, and in general the complex is quite flat. Cala Bona is a nice resort and the harbour area is quite close by and has plenty of shops and restaurants. The promenade along the front from the hotel to the harbour and then on to Cala Millor is nice and flat. My wife has RA and steps are her worst enemy. We have stayed in Cala Bona 4 times and loved it every time.

I think all blocks have 2lifts. Block 4 pool view is sunny am and garden view at back sunny pm. Block 5 pool view sunny pm. Lots of ramps everywhere. I always email hotel beforehand cos I have RA and need mattress toppers etc but most of reception are lovely an will do best to help if you’re not happy.

Hope you enjoy
