Sunlight Bahia Principe Coral Playa Questions & Answers

Birmingham, United Kingdom

Dear Hotel team. Me and my wife are due to spend a 10 night stay with you at the Bahia Principe in the first weeks in October. Could you tell me is there any tea/coffee making facilities in the rooms? Also is there an in house shop and can I change my currency in the hotel? I'll look forward to your reply. Regards, Geoff and Sylvia Hughes.

Good morning,

We look forward to welcoming you to our wonderful hotel.

Unfortunatelty we do not have tea and coffee in the room however we do in the lobby.

There are supermarkets nearby where you can buy anything you need. We have a currency exchange at the hotel.

Have a great day.

Clare

Thanks Rob, sorry I didn't get back to you before, I didn't pick your answer up till we got back but needless to say were back now and enjoyed the holiday. Any way I did appreciate your views and we pack a little kettle when there isn't one in the room as we both like a coffee on the balcony first thing, not a big deal it's just us and I do expect there to be one in a "4 star hotel"? All the best. Geoff.

Thanks Robbo, sorry I haven't got back to you before. We I did take on board all that you said and were back now in Sunny Birmingham. We had a good 10days there and the hotel was OK, Magaluf was pretty quiet so that was a bonus. But all in all not a bad holiday. thanks again for getting back to me, it was very thoughtful of you. All the best in your travel. Regards, Geoff.

Thanks for taking the time to get back me and I'm sorry I left it a bit late to reply. The hotel had replied to me and informed me there were no tea/coffee making facilities. I know its not a big deal but usually in 4 star there is and we like a coffee on our balcony first thing but if we know there is none we take our own. Thanks again and all the best. Geoff.

Hi Geoff. There are no tea and coffee facilities in the room however reception will arrange hire of a kettle for about 12 euros per week. There's no shop on site but there is a supermarket straight across the road. I'm sure that they will exchange money for you but if not there's plenty places nearby. Enjoy.
