Quileute Oceanside Resort Questions & Answers

Portland, Oregon, United States

Do the kitchens have basic provisions such as salt, spices, oil or butter or should we bring our own? We're staying in a deluxe cabin soon and plan on cooking a few meals.

Thanks!

Our hotel room had salt and pepper but no other spices, etc. You would need to bring your own or purchase at the local store.

There may have been salt and pepper, but definitely nothing else. I recommend assuming there are no provisions at all. There is a small convenience store on the property where you can get a few basic things, but if that store doesn't have it, you'll be driving a good bit to find a store that does. Better to bring your own.

There was salt and pepper only. We brought everything with us. A quick 5 minute walk to the store enabled us to get milk and butter and an extra bottle of wine.

There were some spices but I would bring your own spices, butter, and oil. I never know how long those things "left over" from previous uses are.

There are pots and pans and dishes, but we have our favorite skillet for stir fry. It is no problem to pack a few extra things, so we tend to keep to our own supplies.

I agree with everyone who answered before me. No food items but plenty of pots, pans, dishes and utensils.

No they don't provide any food. There is coffee provided and all the cooking gear, plates and utensils. Be sure to bring your senses which will be filled to overflowing by the natural beauty.

This was our experience, too. Well equipped with pots, pans, and utensils, but bring your own consumables.
