Parking is on-site. The windows are very good so I didn't hear any outside noise. You may hear a dog barking inside as you walk down the hallway though as dogs are allowed. Usually rooms with dog guests have a arf tag on the door.

Parking is in garage in same building as hotel. Very handy. If worried about barking, I would suggest mentioning this when you check in. They may have rooms further away from those of dog owners.

I have stayed several times and no valet parking but you can walk right into hotel from garage. City owner $7 a day to park.

The parking is valet. And you really only hear the barking in the lobby and common areas. I didn't even notice the dogs when in room areas.

Nice big parking garage which all guests at the hotel could use. They put all of the folks with dogs on one floor and I never once heard a dog bark the entire weekend.

There is a parking garage that the hotel shares with the city. The rate was $7 a day when I was there.

The walls are pretty thin at the hotel.
