How do you get your money back when you give staff your New York Pass to scan but they don't. Then you find your credit card has been charged as though you didn't turn up. When we booked we followed the instructions which said your credit card wouldn't be charged, it was to secure a place. How many more people has this happened to? We was a group of 4!

we booked the day before we went, we have pictures, we even spoke to the lady in Starbucks before we went because my Dad is in a wheelchair so we was quite memorable. Mum has tried but they are saying we have booked through a different site even though we put in New York pass and followed instructions. Mum didn't want to say, it only came out by accident that we'd actually paid for it twice, they have said no refund, I'm disgusted!
