When is best time to take a group of 5 to visit & enjoy the facility? Don't want hot Summer
There really never is a bad time to visit the garden. In general, April and May are beautiful in Atlanta. Warm, but not too hot or humid. The end of September and October are beautiful months to be outside too!
Hi I would say Spring (May around Memorial day is my favorite time) however so is October November, The gardens are beautiful anytime of the year.
October November is ideal (depending on days forecast) Not too hot and lines are not terrible. The gardens are always beautiful so whenever you go you will not be disappointed.
We went in mid-November once the Garden Lights started. The weather was perfect for enjoying the gardens during the day, but then had just enough of a chill in the evening for the full holiday feel of the Garden Lights.
Late March, early April will be nice. Enjoy!
Either the late spring or the fall would be the best time to visit for the actual gardens, or before Christmas if you want to view their beautiful light show.
Any season is great. To miss the heat, avoid July, August, and September. There is a huge conservatory, so any season has something to offer.
That is a hard question. The best weather in Atlanta is spring and fall. However fall and winter have the holiday lights . It is always amazing there. So just go any month but July or August and you should be good
Spring would be my first choice in the gardens around April, second by the fall. But any time of the year, you can enjoy the indoors exhibits orchid house or fuqua conservatory while sheltering from the weather. If you are bringing a group, you may also want to look into the concerts at the gardens - we enjoyed them.
