Yes children are definitely welcome at Woodlyn Park. Although we are only a small business most of our units are family units that can sleep up to 6 people. We are situated on a small farm property with some very friendly pigs, a ram, a donkey, some sheep and chickens along with some neighbourly turkeys and ducks, then of course there are our unique Motels to top it all off. As an added point of interest, we are only 900 meters from the Waitomo Caves Village and Waitomo Glowworm Caves and a 15 minute drive from the Otorohanga Kiwi House.

Yes children are welcome. The hobbit hotel units sleep 6 people and have bunk beds. The hotel also has some very friendly farm animals and the owners of the site also do a show Billy Blacks farm animals which is great for children & adults. We had a great stay and would return again.

Children are definitely allowed. In the hobit hole we stayed in, there was a room with 4 bunk beds in it specifically for the kids. They would love the individual units that are a bit of fun to stay in.

Sorry, forgotten to add. TV reception wasn't clear either. We had an iPad with us ;just had to load some TV shows etc on it to entertain our son in the evening.Alternatively, there is a Holiday Park in the area with favorites for kids but not sure what is the accomodation like.Hope this information is helpful to you too.Enjoy your holiday ☺

Hi, children is allowed but I wouldn't recommend it only because the TV only has minimum channels, no boardgames. My son was bore staying there. However, if you have more than I child May be they would have more fun having each other's company .There is large ground for them to run about though. No Wi-Fi in the room.hope this help.
