Dorset

Hi, we have booked with Shearings to arrive 9 September and last time we stayed with you we upgraded to a lake view room. Can you tell me how much it will be this time and whether we can upgrade?

thanks Kim

We emailed the hotel for a superior room with balcony & terrace. We were allocated Room 205 - fabulous. It was additional 40 Euros per night but as it was our Ruby Wedding we thought we would push the boat out! I'm so glad we paid the extra as the views were to die for.

Don't know how much lake view upgrades are but it will be money well spent - the views are spectacular

We paid extra with Thomsons to have a lake view room. Well worth it, the view is beautiful. It's a juliet balcony so you can't sit out (unless you upgrade to a proper balcony room).

We also booked our lake view with inghams and it was well worth it. The patio doors had a Juliet balcony.

Hi, we also booked an upgrade through Ingams and it was around the £66 pp mark, was la nice room with a small balcony ,

However a couple we met on the same holiday contacted the hotel direct and asked for lake view, balcony and walk in shower , they we quoted 40e per night , but they did get a large balcony , so for cost effectiveness I would book through you travel company ,

We paid £66 for a lake view with Inghams at the time of booking, which, of course, was well worth it considering the beautiful view. I would contact Shearings.
