"great flight left on time landed on time but East Midlands was a joke an hour of snake line queuing all round only 5 passport staff and 3 chip readers open they should be ashamed of them selves poor people was treated so badly I was booked with a taxi who use every time i come to the UK."

"We’ve flown with Ryanair many times to Murcia and we’ve always been impressed with the flights any delays have always been explainable and unavoidable for example on the way out the plane had to return to the airport due to a passenger being taken ill !!!"
