Located in Emirates Palace, this luxury cafe is a good place to indulge in some special local food, such as camel burgers or the camelccino - which as the name suggests, is made from camel milk. The venue is so extravagant in fact, that some of the dishes are actually sprinkled with edible powdered gold!

While walking around and admiring the incredible construction, you will find restaurants, bars, and a host of amazing facilities, including a private beach. In Abu Dhabi, many of the most frequented tourist attractions are its luxurious hotels, and exploring them is quite an experience!
The Heritage Village displays the traditional culture from the Arab Emirates. As many of the cities in the Arab Emirates are now so cosmopolitan, it can sometimes be hard to get a feel for local culture, but here you can learn more about the religious and cultural practices of the region. Explore a traditional mosque, see oxes draw water, take a camel ride, and of course, there are lots of local handicrafts to browse as you go.
The Corniche is a must-see in Abu Dhabi. A great promenade to take a walk along, with green parks that are perfect for the kids to run around in, or just to enjoy the landscape. Here you will have some great photo opportunities, as you will see both the wonderful turquoise ocean and the awesome architecture of the city.
This is a cultural center that belongs to the Saadiyat Cultural District, a new space aiming to connect people through art. Here you will find lots of galleries where you can explore the art and culture from Abu Dhabi, as well a restaurant, theater, and event rooms. Yet, while you will find exhibitions from all over the world here, the architecture alone is awesome; a must-see in Abu Dhabi.
This is one of the oldest buildings of the city, and after recent refurbishments, is now also home to a mix of the most luxurious stores along with traditional handicrafts stores. It's a perfect display of Arab Emirates culture — a blend of futuristic style and traditional customs.
This mosque is a must in Abu Dhabi. It is the third largest mosque in the world, the first in Arab Emirates, and this imposing place with its luxurious architecture make you feel like you are in a fairy tale. The Arab Emirates are Guinness record winning specialists, so in this mosque you will also see the largest carpet in the world along with the largest marble mosaic. A wonderful sight to behold, and a great way to get in touch with the religion and its importance to Muslims.
This is a great, authentic experience in Abu Dhabi, and you could easily spend a whole day exploring this area. Here you will find a fruit and vegetable market, a carpet market, and of course, the fish market. As in any country, the best place to gain an understanding of the local culture is through its local market, and this is no exception — this place is magical, and you will find the local people to be friendly and kind.
If you want to try authentic Lebanese food, this is the place. Ask to be located on the terrace to enjoy great food in a really special atmosphere. The staff are absolutely friendly and smiling all the time; the food is just awesome — especially the lamb and the humus — and the live music will put you in a good mood.
Sergi, a Michelin star chef, has restaurants all over the world, and here in Abu Dhabi he proposes a mix of tapas, drinks and jazz — a great blend of incredible food and atmosphere. The cocktails are famous and, as the chef says, this restaurant is more than just food: it is also about the music and the most important thing — fun.
