During all my life I have loved to travel, explore new places. I am an expert of my hometown, from my childhood I always have liked to be the best city guide, for friends, for my daughters and for all the people who want to explore the other face of Bogota. I have worked in an alternative tourism project during the last years so I have had contact with a lot of travelers.

Santa Marta is a paradise of tropical fruits, offering a wide range of juices like zapote, níspero, carambolo, guanabana, guayaba agria, panela lemonade, and bitter orange, among others to try! This is a nice place to order a couple of unusual drinks, and enjoy a refreshing afternoon together.
Known since its last remodeling as Santander Park, this is a place with ample offerings of cafes, pubs, and restaurants nestled into a park setting, with the architecture surrounding the park forming a unique backdrop. A stroll arm-in-arm, and an al fresco dinner here is a must if you want to have a romantic experience in Santa Marta.
This beautiful place, located in one of the mountains close to the Rodadero area, provides yet another wonderful view, with the ocean at your feet. Considered one of the most famous restaurants in Santa Marta, it is know for its avant-garde seafood cuisine, and makes a great venue for a memorable date night.
The most beautiful and peaceful beaches of the city lie just 20 minutes outside of the historic area by public transport. Come on a weekday for a more private visit, and find a secluded spot to spend some quality time together.
What could be better for an adventurous romantic getaway than a snorkeling and diving package? Playa del Parque Tayrona Ganate's star destination is Playa Granate, a beach with crystalline waters where you'll have the unique opportunity to appreciate the undersea landscape. And don’t worry if you're complete beginners; you can take a class at local dive center, Under Pressure, one of the best in the Taganga area.
A restaurant and disco located in one of the highest areas of the Rodadero neighborhood, this spot provides a privileged and romantic view of the ocean. It is named after an indigenous group of the Sierra, who served as a source of inspiration for the building's architecture.
If you want to party the night away together in the middle of the city, this bar — located in the historic area, with a unique view of the bay — is the place. Head here earlier in the evening for a more laidback romantic experience, watching the sunset over delicious cocktails, and then stay until the dancing gets going. The electronic music is always great!
