3. Rest Area

There are rest areas about 0.5km each. Most of the rest area has a bathroom and some seatings. However, there are no food or water. The park HQ will have a packed lunch and a bottled water for you before you start.

This is athe rest area at 2.0km from the Timpohon gate at 2350 meters above sea level.

As you climb higher, the plants get shorter. Here is a clear view of the mountain.

6. Laban Rata Resthouse at 3,270 m (10,728 ft)

The rest area for the first climbing day. You will have a dinner and two breakfasts here. All the things that you do not need for the summit push, you can leave them at your room.

7. Low's Peak Summit at 4,095.2 m (13,435 ft)

Climbers usually wake up at 130am the third day. After a buffet breakfast, they will cover he last 2 km (2600 ft), from the Laban Rata Resthouse at 3,270 m to Low's Peak (summit) at 4,095.2 m,. They will reach the summit before dawn.
