Overall, this hotel is worth visiting again (except for the breakfast).
For children visit, there are swimming pool and leisure room (one with Wii & XBOX, one for little kid).
We are upgraded to bigger room in 16th Floor. It's a room with mountain view. View is quite nice (but of course sea view is better). The room is very cozy and space is quite enough for a family. Inside the room, some snacks and fruits and drinks are free. However, the bath tub is a little bit small than other hotels.
In 6F (with swimming pool/leisure room/sauna), receptionists are very helping and friendly. It's really fun to stay there.
The traffic is not quite convenient. around 500M to night market, but acceptable.

The only part not so satisfied is breakfast. Of course there are still lots of selection for food in the morning. But some food are not cooked well. I think they should improve it.

Stayed at Evergreen Keelung 8 years ago and was highly disappointed. Stayed this week and it's completely updated and renovated. The hotel is a world class hotel in Keelung. Beautiful rooms, great bathrooms, bidet. Spa area with jacuzzi, indoor pool facilities all complementary. Great morning breakfast buffet with the full usual chinese fare as well as western. Parking free underground which is indispensable for Keelung downtown. Walking distance to night market eating.

Not a lot of tourists come and stay in Keelung but if you do Evergreen Laurel Keelung is a must. The concierge is super friendly and helpful (thanks Fox Huang and the rest of the front desk!). Their amenities are great and clean - swimming pool, jacuzzi, workout/yoga area. The rooms have all of the toiletries we needed. The hotel uses L'Occitane! If you are en route to the other famous must sees such as juifen and don’t want to spend all day traveling this is a nice place to kick back for the night and explore more of a local scene. The night market miaokuo is about 10 minutes walking from the hotel is also a must do!

Expensive for what it is, but we love the view and the ships. Room very comfortable. Staff ( unlike most Taiwan hotels) are pretty invisible and not friendly or much help. The WiFi is terrible and consistently terrible.
We enjoy the pool, we had breakfast this time - it wasn't too bad.
Really appreciated their free shuttle into the city. A great service.

Stayed there for 2 nights, our room got 2 king beds which is great for 2 of us, also much suitable for family with kids. Room size is average, spotless.clean with adequate amenities, perhaps it need a renovation cos all decor & furnitures been used for decades for sure. ABF @ 18/F with great view of Keelung port with wide range of selection, unfortunately they were not delicious to me. Rather go out for some local treats. The hotels got many group tourists and always jammed in the pool floor. Free parking lot in the hotel for in house guests. I recommended it is good for a shortstay for business purpose.
