... 21:30 PM, before i am at the hotel it will be pretty late. Is that a problem for check in? I have booked a room at the end of August. Thanks in advance for your reply, Maria

When I walked into the lobby I said to myself very quietly " What did I book?" The lobby or lack of is so tiny and so old. Its in terrible shape and not clean as well. I saw coffee stains on the table and I thought to myself I hope the rooms are not like this. When I looked on line I read the reviews and they all sounded pretty good. So I was terrified to go to my room. The hallways to the room were also really old and tired. When I opened my door to my room I gave a big sigh of relief. The room was very very nice and clean. What I dont understand is, if they refurbished the rooms why woudnt they try and make the lobby look presentable. I mean the place is not cheap. Would I stay there again? Possibly. But they would have to clean up the hotel a bit more.

Not worth half the price we paid.
Air conditioner was on its last legs and VERY noisy, couldn’t keep it on while sleeping or even watching t.v., no screens in the windows, not sure what was above the room, but a lot of foot traffic.
Get me once same on you, get me twice,……. Well it won’t happen

Came to Banff for a couple getaway for my boyfriends birthday. On a tight budget and this hotel was a great price for what it is. Customer service was very kind and helpful with telling us which hikes to do and which lakes to paddle board. Walked into our room and it smelt very good, was nice and cool for the summer time, and great views. Beds were nicely made and hair free! Towels were clean and everything looked well maintained. Room was better than it looked in photos and we were very pleased. Overall the rooms look newly renovated and tidy. Staff is very kind and I would 100% recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Banff. Great location and overall an amazing stay!

Stayed in the king jacuzzi suite and could not believe the positive changes to this hotel from ‘back in the day’ ... executive style decor, clean, beautiful - enjoyed it so much we stayed an extra night! LOVED the jacuzzi, nice bed, easy wifi, great location within walking distance to coffee shops, main downtown and restaurants. Definitely recommend the king jacuzzi suite, well worth it!

It actually indicates that the room can accommodate up to 6 adults or one adult and 5 children. It is maximum two persons per bed which is typical hotel policy.
