We were in a beautiful loft style room, with a view of the Rockies from the deck and windows! The lodge is located close to all sorts of restaurants and has a great restaurant in the hotel. Workout facilities are great and it’s a perfect distance from the town centre! Still quiet and peaceful but a short walk from the busy town town centre. My wife and I loved our experience spending a weekend getaway at the Rundle Stone Lodge! I would recommend this hotel to anyone who loves the beauty of nature with a short walk to great shopping and town life!

My husband and I stayed here for the second time last weekend. This time we got the loft Jacuzzi suite. The room was awesome! It was so cozy and perfect for a weekend away. The staff at the front desk are always so friendly as well! The food at bumpers in the hotel is very good as well. Last year I had the best beef dip ever but this time it was okay, it wasn't on a pretzel bun like it was supposed too and the waiter didn't put what I wanted on it. Overall the hotel is awesome! We will definitely be coming back yearly and staying in a Jacuzzi suite!

To Shauna O, Thank you for your review - we love welcoming back our repeat guests! We are thrilled to hear that you enjoyed one of our Loft Jacuzzi suites on your recent stay with us. We do have a great selection of Jacuzzi suites to choose from (4 in total) so if you are curious, feel free to call us direct to help plan your mountain getaway. I am sorry that on this occasion the beef dip was not as you expected - especially after the bar was set so high on your last stay! Please rest assured that your comments have been shared with the restaurant, and I am sure we can make it right on your next trip out. Once again, thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are looking forward to hosting your next annual trip to Banff!

A group of three of us stayed in early September. We stayed in a loft room which enabled my wife and I to sleep downstairs and a friend to sleep in a queen size bed on a mezzanine level above us. While its not completely private it works, and the mezzanine level has its own toilet and hand basin which is very handy. The room also had a kitchenette and small dining table so for anyone wanting to prepare basic meals its ideal. There is a fridge, microwave and hotplates so it can make for an an economical visit if you wan to use all facilities. While the hotel is a good 10 minute walk to the main shopping area, there is a bus stop a 100 meters down the road that are easy to use. Room was nicely furnished and clean.

Good Value in Banff. Nice hotel, location, and amenities. Staff not particularly friendly but they were professional and polite.

Room was very spacious with an extremely comfortable King Size bed. Nice 40+" flat screen and free wi-fi. Nicely appointed bathroom in room. Slow but functional elevators. Good underground parking.

All in all a great place in a great town in a great park. No worries here. Good value for the price.

This was a very nice hotel within walking distance to downtown Banff. It took about 15 minutes to get to downtown. The room was quite spacious. It was a bit dated, but clean and comfortable. Our room did not have a view at all which was a bit disappointing, but not essential to our vacation. The beds were comfortable and the shower was nice and hot. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful.
The breakfast buffet was good with plenty of choices at around $15 Canadian per person.

We had the family room and it was enormous at rundlestone. It was a great room. I don't know about the rooms at Caribou but they have the best restaurant there ... It was our favorite of the trip. I would probably switch it up and stay at Caribou if we went again bc of the restaurantband lack of room service at Rundlestone

Dear Rhona, Thank you for your question. We have complimentary ski lockers available for all guests in our underground parkade. This area is fully heated so it allows you to escape from the cold before worrying about stashing your gear. We also have a tuning table set up near the lockers in case you need to make any adjustments or wax your skis/board. Dear Felicity, Thank you very much for your enquiry. Both of our Family Suites have been completely renovated within the past two years and so they are in very good condition. The renovation included brand new carpets, wall vinyl, furniture, light fixtures & fireplaces. As for the views, our Family Suites both provide mountain views from two separate balconies. One balcony is accessible from the living room, the other from the room with two queen beds. They are both at the back of the property with views of Mt Norquay (one of our local ski resorts), Cascade Mountain and Stoney Squaw. If you have any further questions please do not hesitate to contact us directly. Best regards, Michael Hall Front Office Manager
