Best nights sleep I have had in a long time. We love the beds. The tiny pool was perfect for our family. The internet was spotty, which included the TV, most of the week. But we enjoyed the hotel. I would go back.

The hotel is conveniently and centrally located on Robson street, close to bus stops and train stations. From the airport, we took a train to Waterfront then transferred to bus #5 which took us directly in front of the hotel. We arrived super early and they were very accommodating and let us check in early. The room was big and each room has a balcony. We were on the 10th floor and it was nice and quiet even though we had the balcony door open. We lucked out and had great weather so we tried to get fresh air instead of turning on the AC.

The room has a mini fridge, a kettle, a nespresso machine, a desk, a safe, two lounge chairs and lots of closet space. The shower is a walk in shower, and it was hard to control the water temperature at times but it wasn’t bad. There were three elevators and the wait times were fine. The pool area also has a sauna and a hot tub. In the lobby, there is a microwave oven that can be used to heat stuff up (but there are tonnes of amazing restaurants around too!) and a water bottle refill station. There is also a restaurant that is open for breakfast.

Check out was a breeze and the bus was just across the street to take us back to Waterfront to catch the airport train. The hotel is also walking distance from Stanley Park, English Bay, Waterfront so it’s super convenient. We will definitely not hesitate staying here again when we come back to Vancouver!

Lovely hotel with all the comforts needed. Huge rooms. Great little pool downstairs and hot tub. Slightly dated around the edges, could do with a little face lift. Rooms great size and bed super comfy. Great location in Vancouver too. Staff friendly but busy.

The hotel is lovely, very clean, very central to main shopping and downtown Vancouver. The room we had was 22nd floor and the views were great. The room had fridge, coffee & tea making facilities, balcony and air conditioning, we took two double beds for four of us, mum @ dad and two kids 11/13. The seining pool is small but a welcome treat in what were very hot days in July to cool down after being out and about.

There is no restaurant but a breakfast only area but the breakfast was lovely on the one day we ate there.

Honestly staff and hotel is well recommended and I can’t wait to come back again and stay at the Blue Horizon Hotel all the way from Ireland 😀

The staff and facility were great. We stayed here after an Alaskan cruise. They were able to accommodate an early check in. I had requested 2 rooms near each other and we were give adjacent rooms. (They do not have connecting rooms) The swimming pool is small but we had a great time. We had a great breakfast in the adjoining restaurant. There are a great variety of restaurants around the hotel. Would recommend staying here.
