Tundra Inn was truly delightful! The staff went out of their way to make sure our stay was smooth, fun, and memorable. Long before our trip, they answered all sorts of questions for me about Churchill. The day we arrived, they came to pick us up from the airport. Every time we had interactions with staff, they were just lovely to us. Our room was more than large enough and very comfortable. In the morning, when we were getting ready to leave for tours (whale watching, Tundra Buggy, etc.), we appreciated having access to the breakfast bar for bread, yogurt, cereal, coffee, and other breakfast foods. The central location of the Tundra Inn was helpful to us--it was just around the corner from Sea North and Tundra Buggy and not far from the beach. We ate dinner at the Tundra Dining Room or Pub every night we were in town! They had delicious vegetarian options--fresh salads, masterful soups (mushroom pesto, carrot yam--yum!), and above all the Borealis Burgers. Churchill was one of the most magical places I've ever been, between the beluga whales, polar bears, Arctic foxes, and other wildlife; the spectacular landscape; and the warm, kind people. I hope some day we'll be able to go back! And if we do, we'd love to stay again at the Tundra Inn!

When we return to Churchill, we’ll definitely stay at the Tundra Inn again.
Some details as to why:
- very clean. I stay in a lot of hotels, and this is my number one priority.
- comfortable. It’s not 5-star accommodations, but nothing is in Churchill. However, the bed was comfortable with no sag in the mattress (more than can be said for many high-end hotels in the world), it’s not too small, there’s a desk to work and/or spread computer and camera equipment, and the blinds block most light.
- friendly staff. Everyone was nice, helpful, and smiling even when working long hours.
- airport pickup and drop off was easy and seamless.
- central location. It’s in the middle of all things Churchill. Both Tundra Buggy and Sea North tours picked up within a block of this hotel making it quick and easy. The grocery story is a block away (fridge in room). The Complex entrance is two blocks away. The train station is a few blocks away. A beach view of the bay is two blocks away.
- best food in town is across the street at their Tundra Pub.
- continental breakfast included which helped save money plus was exactly what we wanted.
Hotels in Churchill feel like motels, but the Tundra Inn has high-end cleanliness and friendliness, and is a perfect place to stay for a tundra/water adventure in Churchill.

2 female cousins stayed here on our girl trip. VERY accommodating. Checked in early. Courteous, friendly and very helpful. Included pick up and return to airport & Continental breakfast. Tea /coffee available all day. Small fridge, microwave and coffee are all in your room. Free wifi (although it is slow and may be the case town wide). You can charge your meals from the restaurant across the street to your room. Walking distance to everything (but most of town is this way!) A bit dated but most definitely clean and spacious - nothing was an issue. Would definitely stay again and recommend to friends.

+1
We stayed 3 nights with 4 children and as it was not the busy season yet we received a free upgrade to a double room.
Really enjoyed the lounge room which was a great place to enjoy the free breakfast and socialise with the family.
All of the staff were very patient with our children and we're always courteous and helpful. We had a great stay and had plenty of close encounters with belugas in the estuary and jumped on an ice budge in Hudson Bay.
We also used the laundry facility for free in the afternoons and also used the kitchen in their hostel across the road to cook meals as my wife has food allergies, needless to say, super accommodating for all of our needs.

Welcomed on arrival at the train station, the proprietor/driver/receptionist, this lady does it all exceptionally well. Made us and it appeared all guests feel very welcome with everything we could ask for, clean quiet room, complimentary breakfast before heading out on the tundra and a great dining facility right across the street.
