With palm trees and gardens in this huge atrium, nice hot tub and pool, balcony with screen door open, overlooking the Atrium, created an exotic vacation feel right in the room. very relaxing, Would gave given a 10 but no microwave, in a king suite...???

Great venue for a mid sized conference (200-400). Very compact facilities. The service was great and the food was surprisingly good. The rooms were spacious with room to work. Rooms either face over the parking lot or the indoor pool and waterslide. The pool was a good size. Lots of kids in the afternoon because of the slide. Easy to get to being a short distance from the 401.

My husband and I decided to try something a little more expensive to take the grandkids to during spring break. We got a great package deal, the room looked onto the pool area, the rooms and pool area were clean. The front desk staff were very informative about pool times, restaurant etc. The pool staff were friendly and well trained in their jobs. The grandchildren had a really good time on this mini vacation.

We never used the pool or even asked anything about it!
We were there for the night between curling games!

I called early February 2022 and the hotel was not doing day passes for the pool. The pool is open, though.
