Write a reviewI left at 4:30 in the morning to go to another hotel... when I complained to the front desk staff that the bed was horrible she just kept her friendly voice and didn’t give a crap.... $200 deposit for the dive as well!!! Loud drunken male voices outside my window after midnight. Horrible smell in the room like people used to smoke in it and they were very unsuccessful at getting the smoke smell out. Big mistake staying there....totally a one hour hookup joint....

I went down to Vancouver for 4 days to see a friend. I left from Kelowna just after dinner so by the time I reached Abbotsford, it was getting late and I was getting tired of driving so I decided to stay a night in Langley. I planned to stay here for only one night, but I really liked the location and not being in crazy busy traffic so I stayed all 3 nights here. Friendly and helpful staff, clean room with comfortable bed, lots of places to eat nearby, and it's right beside shopping mall. I will definitely be back!

I stayed here one night because I needed a place in a hurry. The room was clean enough but the non smoking room smelled like stale smoke that even my 8 year old commented on it. As well, at 6 am some dude came knocking at my door! I was alone with my two young children and shocked, nervous and really annoyed! I should have got at least half my money back. I had previoulsy reserved a 5 night stay and grateful I changed accommodations!

I am truly sorry about your experienece at the motel. We have treated the room with our air purifier to clean the air. We are not sure why someone was knocking at your door this is the first time that has happened but the motel was full so maybe someone accidently knocked on the wrong door. This place is horrid wheelchair friendly it's not I recorded my room on the back of bathroom door has squirts like someone veins popped burns on the counter and half faux leather on chair gone, red stains on carpet upon entry dog friendly yea if u look in hotel binder only for 4 days oh yea and mold in the corner

I enjoyed my stay very much at Westward Inn & Suites. What started out as a 1 day stay ended up being for 7. The inn offered very good value, amenities and a very comfortable, safe and enjoyable stay. The rooms were clean and well maintained. The staff and ownership were very professional and courteous.
