Do you have availability for 7 women mid Sept. 2020. We each need our own room. Can you give me the approximate cost per room? Thank you! Beth in Toronto

We recently had a small wedding here over a summer weekend, and we couldn't have asked for anything nicer (and easier). Kathleen and Chris thought of everything and helped us plan a relaxing and beautiful time with our family. It all went so smoothly. We could relax, swim in the pool, hang out with our family, and eat the wonderful meals they prepared. We can't recommend it highly enough.

We rented out the entire place for the weekend, but we will definitely be back just to enjoy a room. The place is beautiful, and the location is a block from the main street but we found it very quiet. We got to see all the rooms over the weekend, and they are all very nice - tastefully decorated, comfortable, and with great showers!

The food was a highlight. Chris is an amazing chef who uses local ingredients in delicious and creative ways. Definitely get the dinner as well as the breakfast if it's an option.

I chose an Ontario staycation this September to relax and discover a new part of Ontario. The Manse, its hosts and the PEC area did not disappoint. My room on the 3rd floor was so very quite. The property is amazing considering it is so close to Picton's main street. Breakfast was enjoyable. Try the Finnish pancakes at least once. I ordered dinner one night and Kathleen accommodated my request as a solo traveler. Loved the oysters. Enjoyed the pantry available to guests.
The hosts in this pandemic world have taken great care to distance tables, provide reuseable water bottles and explain other covid precautions. i read some older reviews and cannot understanding anyone calling Kathleen or Chris rude. Simply not true.
Iron and board available on request.

We stayed here for one evening and were impressed with The Manse! The large house is completely renovated with quite luxury modern rooms. It was a high quality renovation. The hot tub and pool and landscaping made it a relaxing evening for us to enjoy. The food is gourmet. It was one of the best breakfasts we have been served. There was fresh lemon water available and the owners are very kind and helpful. Clean, High Quality, Lovely Room and a Great Breakfast!

We decided to take a winter trip to PEC and were so happy we decided to stay at The Manse. It was a perfect get-away! Kathleen and Chris were so welcoming and made us feel right at home. We stayed for two night’s mid-week and were the only guests at the Inn. This didn't stop them from making sure all of our needs and more were met. The room was pristine (Room 5) and decorated as if it was a high-end hotel (not a B&B/Inn). The renovated building is stunning. They have great photos on their website, but the building and room really exceeded our expectations.

The food was amazing! We couldn't wait for breakfast each morning and will definitely be booking a dinner next time we stay. Chris even took the time to share his recipes with us. We love to cook so we really appreciated learning more about the ingredients and techniques. As for the bacon, other reviewers haven't exaggerated. His bacon was the best I have ever had! Also, if you are offered smoky tomato sauce with your eggs - take it! You won't be disappointed.

Next time we visit PEC we will without doubt be staying at The Manse. Thank you!

From the moment we pulled into a parking place and found Kathleen waiting at the car door with an umbrella, I knew this would be a wonderful place! Beautiful with fully decorated and accessible rooms to enjoy; a breakfast to be savored; and amazing hospitality - I never wanted to leave. Although we decided not to have the dinner, the other guests expressed how utterly amazing it was! Once there I decided I wanted a massage the next day and Kathleen was able to arrange it, the best I've ever had. Our exquisite room was on the second floor and had a balcony with a bistro table and view of the salt water pool.
Rest assured, I will go back!!

Hello, You can view all our rates on our website under the rates tab. Trip advisor does not allow website links in my response so you can find our website by typing the manse boutique inn into google. We have different rates for one night stays and for low and high season. We are in picton
