The staff is very friendly and service oriented but the hotel is very poor shape, the room is not comfortable, the pillows are not even real pillows. They didnt had the AC available because of winter but it wasn't even winter there... they had the heater on automatically and it made an awful sound in the night that didn't let us sleep. Location wise is ok, very close to Sagrada Familia Church but is next to a school so in the morning there is the noise of kids yelling and running around.

Hotel is not comfortable. We had booked dbl room with king sized bed but we had been given with a twin bed room. We asked for change but receptionist said there was no other option. Then we have found out the floor is very dirty not cleaned and there were many hair pieces so we complained and they finally changed the room but the new room was also dirty with hairs on the ground. Towels were not enough and we asked for additional towel but receptionist said to come and pick up cause he was alone at hotel.
This hotel is not a clean as it is supposed to be standard.

This hotel was in a fab location to Sagrada and also has a rooftop terrace with a good view of Sagrada. Price wise was reasonable and it was clean and room size was reasonable for what a choose. Free WiFi and I had buffet breakfast which I think could have had more choose but was adequate.

Hotel located nearby for visiting the Sagrada Familia. Good reception from the staff. The room was clean and nice view from our room. The breakfast was good. There was salty and sweet. We ate very well!

Just around the corner from the famous landmark Sagrada Família this hotel suits the need of a traveler that’s not so big on amenities. The three person room I booked barely had room for each of the luggage. Room is quite small with two twin beds combined to make full size and a another tucked into the corner. Room could also use better lighting as it’s very dark. Hotel has three elevators thou one was out of service. Wheelchair accessible and they also provide a scale for your luggage at the lobby. Daily breakfast buffet was basic and nothing to complain about thou they need to replenish the food items here and there. Somewhat friendly staff. The junior associates were friendly however seniors not so much. Saw the manager or what looked like one talking to a guest over the phone and he got irritated and showed his frustration by slamming the phone after the conversation while guests were present - not a good look for the hotel. Would I go back to this hotel? No.

This hotel has an iron and portable small ironing board at the desk you need to request at the desk clerk. The breakfast is not included with room price. Iam not sure if it has laundry facilities.
