I only have good things to say about this hotel

- the hotel is on a cozy side street, due to which it's not loud. Yet it's right next to the beach.
- the rooms have air conditioning that you may use free of charge
- the hotel and the rooms are immaculately clean
- the staff is extraordinarily friendly and you can tell they genuinely care that you're comfortable.

Get the room with a sea view, it is beautiful and worth it. The best moments of my vacation were spent on that huge balcony.

Lovely hotel! I can highly recommend it and will be back. It is definitely the cleanest hotel that I have ever stayed in (and I travel a lot!!). The location is perfect. It is private and 100m from the beach. Most of the other hotels/accommodation in Nikitas is on the busy main street (there is only one street) with your room opening on the street so no privacy. But Ionis Hotel is situated in a little side street and has great privacy! Not to mention the beautiful view!! Most of the rooms have sea views and are very spacious. The staff are very friendly, accommodative and helpful. The breakfast too is really nice! Plated and served at your table - coffee, juice, fresh bread, condiments, fruit, egg, cold meat cuts, cheese and cake!I see some people mention that the beds are hard. I like a harder bed and found them comfortable. I have gotten so much more than I have bargained for!! It is nicer than the pictures do it justice.

we had a nice clean double room number 205, lovely little balcony to sit out on. the hotel is situated away from the crowds and has a nice quiet and restful feel to it. the owners were lovely and friendly as were their children. very personal touch. pool was a good size and very clean, nice pool bar with lovely snacks available. very reasonable in price, breakfast was continental with nice brown and white bread cut ready for you to toast, cheese eggs cereals fruit salad lovely fresh Greek yoghurt, honey orange juice tea coffee, some times cake or sweet rolls as well, all lovely and fresh,

The spot is very good. Rooms are ok , clean and some of tjem with nice sea and village view. The problem arised owner behavior. Really heard unbelievable things out of logic. Stay there for 10 nights, this is the third time and had prepay the 65%
The result was got a room without window, only balcony door, when opened totally viewed from opposite rooms. As i ask for another ro The reply was that they have lot of clients and they should cancel my prepay after they have accepted it... The manner was very rude and unacceptable. By the way they dont accept credit cards and for Greek people under capital control thiis is hard. I have travelled lot all over the world and this wasaybe the worst behavior ever
Sad that is in my country and in a place i visit for 3rd time...

We discovered this gem of a hotel, for the first time this year, in Seventeen years weof visiting Agios Nikitas. The hotel was immaculately clean, at all times. Our room (B104) was spacious and had plenty of storage space and a recently refurbished bathroom.
The views from our balconly were far reaching and felt 3 dimensional... From the balcony of B104 we could take in the Bay of Agios Nikitas, the terraced hoses on the other side of the ravine and over the terracotta roofs of the neigbouring properties. In short, the views were splendid. It is well located, a short walk from the supermarket, Tavernas and bars yet is protected from the noise that is usually associated with these establishments. The rooms are air-conditioned however, as we were visiting during September we didn't use it at all. The shutters enable you to sleep and feel secure and allow the breeze to still come into the room. It was such a treat falling asleep to the sound of the waves. Liana and her family all worked very hard to ensure we felt relaxed, were comfortable and we really felt cared for. Thank you, everyone at Ionsis Hotel, we can't wait to come back.
