The location of this Hotel is perfect in the Tallinn old town. The staff was friendly, but unfortunately not very much good can be said from the room or breakfast.

The room needs updating badly: the so called double bed was much too soft and not well suitable for a cuople. The toilet seat and shower was not working properly.

Breakfast was not good, although not worse either. The only thing worth mentioning was that there was gluten free bread available per request.

The hotel is located in the center of Tallinn Old Town. Note: taxis are not allowed to drive there/from there. The first room I was given was not nice; there was a strong smell of mold in the bathroom. The second was better but needs renovation. The hotel is not 4 stars. Breakfast: ok, nothing special though. You could hear everything from the next door and corridor as well as from the street.
Nice lobby, a historical building.

We stayed here for 4 nights.
Hotel was easy to find from airport tram and on edge of the main square. Good restaurants and pub’With no name’ across road, only meters away!
Hotel staff were lovely and hotel was warm and cosy!
Breakfast was satisfactory with various local delicacies, smelts, rye bread etc.
Room was warm, clean and water was really warm.
Hotel was central for everything!
Good WiFi.

A party of 9 in 5 rooms.
Despite the numbers, check in was very efficient.
My wife and I were in room 203. It was very spacious. Some others in our party were not so lucky with their room allocation saying they were small. They were moved to larger rooms the following day.
This is a very elegant old building and decor was old style but it was very clean and looked perfect for the location.
You couldn't hand pick a better location for this hotel. Bars and restaurants seconds from the front door. A two minute stroll to the heart of the old town square.
A couple of negatives - our shower was a bit on the small side and controls were awkward. I wasn't overly keen on the breakfast choices and it was the same every day but others seemed to enjoy it. Due to its location, the streets are very busy at night time. There was a lot of raucous street noise in the early hours of the morning.
Summing up, I would certainly recommend this hotel and if I was to return to Tallinn would certainly use it again.
