Another hotel in this neighborhood with the usual format and standards.
Nevertheless, this one is needing a good face lift. The overall look and feel is old and outdated.
Nevertheless, room is ok, with a comfortable bed and pillow. Bathroom and shower, a bit poor. Air con, already old when I was born!
Breakfast, ok, but served in a non-attractive space.
The gym is a disgrace and needs more than a renovation.
Location, close to good restaurants, is convenient.
Located reasonably well near the train station and a few bars / restaurants within walking distance. The room was ok but the bathroom was poor. The shower was barely a trickle and I felt like I didn't wash properly for the 2 nights I was there. Fine for an overnight stay.
I stayed for one week. The room was very comfortable, with a big bed and nice furniture. The internet access very good (and free), compared to other hotels in Sao Paulo.
Breakfast and room service are good too.
Very nice view from top floor (near the gym).
I stayed here because it was convenient to where I was working (SP traffic must rank as one of the worst in the world). However it is nothing to write about. Bed is hard, bathroom is tiny, working desk is good, nice lounge chair, in room refrigerator with more than enough drinks and snacks. Breakfast is adequate. Room service food was bland. Internet is wireless and free, but slow. Staff was attentive. This hotel need a makeover.
I stayed for more than a month in this hotel.
Pros: hotel staff is nice and have good reactivity. Internet connection (wireless) is fair and comes for free. The gym is not spectacular but has the basics and comes with a nice view on Morumbi and Santo Amaro area.
Cons: the hotel surroundings have no conveniency stores and no good restaurants (believe me, I am not looking for sophistication). after 7 PM and on weekends, the area is desert. The closest shopping mall is Morumbi (20 min walk).
on week days, a van is available for free (5 km range). however, there is no way to book it (even 10 min before you use it). I experienced cases where I asked the driver to wait for me, get back to my room to grab my laptop and discover than the van already left. Forget about the van on peak hours (when you need it the most...).
Facilities are old and the walls of my room needed an urgent refresh.
