My boyfriend and I stayed here for three nights during a trip to Italy. We really loved it, the owner could not have been nicer =) It is a little tough to get to - after a car, ferry, and bus, the last ten minute walk can be a little frustrating. Once we got settled though, we enjoyed it completely. The property is just beautiful with gardens and a small pond. The room was a little smaller than other places we stayed, but it was clean and beachy feeling. I was very glad to stay in Anacapri, it feels much more authentic and less expensive (and preppy) as the Capri side. Morning breakfast outside was a great way to start the day. There are community bathrooms, but they are clean and private. Although one night we were able to hear other guests come in late. Rosaria was so friendly, carefully speaking to me in English and my boyfriend in French. She helped us figure out the ferry, buses, and even offered us her umbrella. It was a wonderful trip and I miss it already.

It was hard to find budget accommodation in Capri, but we did: 80 euros a night for a double room. We stayed at Rosaria's house on July 2012 and although it's away from downtown Anacapri (the island has two areas: Capri and Anacapri) it was worth it and would go back. Rosaria and her family live upstairs, while there are 4 private rooms downstairs with shared bathroom facilities, which were very clean at ALL times.
Breakfast is served in the beautiful garden and is quite full: muffins, toast, yoghurt, jam, butter, coffee or tea.
The great thing about the place is that it's totally off-the-beaten track, and as you walk there you go past local people's houses, CERO hotels or guesthouses and lovely orchards boasting zuccinis, fig trees and so on.
Rosaria is a great host and loves her job, which was a plus.
How to get there: Take a bus from Capri harbour towards Anacapri. It will stop in Anacapri downtown, but wait for the second, and last stop. Once there you'll see some steps (3 or 4) leading to a narrow and long street (not for cars, it's very narrow). That's Via Lincino. From the bus stop it's a 10-minute walk.

This was an excellent place to stay, they came to pick us up at the port in a retro VW. Our room was basic and clean, from the garden just outside the room there is a lovely view of the sea. The family are very helpful and even let us use their son's laptop to check some information on the internet. Breakfast was nice and ready every morning. Location is about 10 minutes from the bus stop in Anacapri. Although the path back on a night is pitch black at some parts, they give you a torch but I would be scared if I was travelling alone. The area is safe though. They drove us back to the port and were a very friendly and sincere family.

The hosts are very friendly and exceptional helpful. The host came down to the port to pick us up. Also giving all the information we need for travelling on the island. The room we stayed was not big but very clean and well maintained. The bathroom is shared but well cleaned all the time. The host will tidy up guest`s room every day. Also, the beautiful lovely garden is the best place to enjoy the sunset.

The location of the B&B may be ideal, but still acceptable. It takes you about 8-10 minutes to get to the nearest bus stop. From that bus stop you can get to most of the places in Capri. Taxi is unable to reach the B&B directly. Probably, renting a scooter in Capri is a good idea. It will save a lot of walks. But for budget traveller, the path walking to the B&B still very nice.

One thing I like the best is the host of this B&B. There is no set time for breadfast. She will ask every guest the time would like to have breadfast. We could still have breadfast at 12:30pm, which means I could sleep as much as I like....The host also wash clothes for guests, as long as you ask and leave clothes at the room. When we were out at night, we were given umbrella and torch. Also, I remenber one night there was a stormrain, the host kept waiting for us till the mid night, she was worried about our safety.

I will definitely recommend this B&B to my friends, and I will stay there again for the next visit.
