We stayed at this hotel for two days.
It is located closer to restaurants, supermarkets, and cafes.
Front desk are helpful, and we had a very fast checkin.
The room was spacious, equipped with TV, cafeteria, and mini-fridge.
The room is very clean, and spacious.
The bed and pillows were very soft.
The hotel has a nice swimming pool, a relaxing hot tub, and a small gym.
The continental breakfast is excellent.
Going back to Petawawa, we will stay at this hotel again.

We stayed at the Quality Inn and Suites for two nights in October of 2019. We had a room with two queen beds and also asked for a cot. Overall, we found the stay to be just average.

Check-in was quick and efficient. We were greeted quickly and the individual checking us in was pleasant and easy to deal with.

The room itself was okay. The decor was quite nice and having a fridge and microwave was convenient. However, the washroom was very small and the beds were extremely uncomfortable. The room and the rest of the property were clean.

The pool was small and was taken over by inconsiderate guests. My children were unable to make use of the pool at all on our second night as it was overcrowded and too loud. We tried watching a movie instead, but the hotel had no pay per view movies. Disappointing not be able to enjoy amenities when paying just shy of $400 for two nights.

Breakfast was quite good. There was an excellent combination of hot and cold food and beverages available. However, on our second morning, there were no utensils available as they were in the dishwasher. Plastic forks were provided for use.

Parking was free and there were ample spaces. Internet was also free and fast. No connectivity issues.

Overall, the stay was only average. I would consider other properties in Pembroke before staying here again.

This is my email to this hotel after our recent stay. And I should add that we have stayed here for over 7 years. We even had our wedding party stay here and this is how we have been treated. We got charged 250 dollars on our credit card after our stay for an unproven accusation. I emailed them right away and Here we are a month later and no response. Very sad. My husband and I will never stay here again. customers BEWARE)

Your email was sent to my spam but after receiving my husbands credit card statement, I investigated.
I am completely irate and disappointed with your accusation. My husband and I have stayed with you regularly since 2007 as you are located right next door to my mother in law. We also enjoyed having our wedding and wedding party stay at your location in 2011.
I am insulted to be accused of smoking in what I am well aware of is a non smoking room. The pictures of our apparent room with ashes on the carpet are ridiculous. We don't even smoke.
I wish I would have seen this email when you sent it. I would have gone nuts at this accusation. The fact that you have charged us $250 on our credit card, without even a phone call, is very disrespectful to me and we will absolutely be changing our location next time we come. Likely to across the road. All of our family and friends will be made aware of this wrong doing and will be recommended to stay elsewhere.
I have over 50000 readers on trip advisor and I absolutely intend to let them know how we have been treated by your hotel. And after such devotion and longevity to your place, this makes me very sad.

We stayed here twice in the past 2 weeks. Jessica and her team always go above and beyond providing the best stay possible. Every detail is observed in their rooms and everything is always taken care of before you even arrive. Check in and check out are always done quickly with paperwork and emails already completed before you get to the desk in the morning. Another hotel is going up across the street but in my opinion, there is only one place to stay in Petawawa, Quality Inn & Suites. We will surely stay again!
