We arrived at the B&B and were greeted by the hosts Diana and Doug who showed us our room complete with comfortable bed, spacious room and all the nice amenities. We tied the knot at Taylor Made so it was appropriate returning 13 years later since we got married on Friday the 13th.

Breakfasts were served hot with fresh ground coffee, juice and fresh fruit. We needed to leave earlier on our two nights stay to catch the ferry to Manitoulin, so our hosts prepared a boxed meal for us to enjoy on our voyage and continuing journey to Gore Bay.

We were treated as royals by Doug and Diane who made sure that our stay was the best ever. We highly recommend Taylor Made B&B for the location, breakfasts and the wonderful hosts who bent over backwards to accommodate our needs.

Hi Kevin and Barb, It was a real pleasure having you both here to celebrate your anniversary! Hope your trip to Manitoulin was great, and that the weather was good...we have had a spectacular fall season of color from the leaves changing. We are looking forward to hopefully seeing you both next spring. Warmest regards, Doug and Diana

We stayed two nights at Taylor made B & B. We were greeted by Diana and Doug at the door. Doug offered to take our bags. There was my wife and I and another cousin. We had 2 rooms. They showed my wife and me the room on the main floor. It was nicely decorated. The room and bathroom were clean and neat. They showed us a common room with a TV. It was also neat and clean There was coffee, tea, and water available. There was also homemade cookies. My cousin was shown his room upstairs and commented on how neat and clean it was. Diana took our order for breakfast. There was fresh fruit and cereal. We had bacon and eggs, tomato. My wife had fresh fruit and toast. There was home made muffins and 2 kinds of homemade bread. When we returned the room had been made up. Doug asked us on several occasions if everything was okay. The following morning we had breakfast. We were asked both days what time we wanted breakfast. You had the same choices again. It was delicious. They didn't hurry us to leave. We had coffee and chapter for a while. They made our bill up and asked if everything was okay. They made our trip memorable. They were great hosts. They were very nice. We will be staying there again when we visit next time. I would highly recommend this B&B.

Can't say enough about Doug and Diana and their BnB. This is our second visit. They have thought of everything to make your stay a home away from home. Fantastic breakfast, comfortable room and common sitting area with all the amenities you could want. Diana's cooking is amazing and both are so welcoming and hospitable. We always enjoy chatting with them - like visiting with old friends.

My wife and I stayed two nights at Taylor made and it was everything they advertised. Diana, and Doug were a quiet couple who met us at the door and welcomed us into a very quiet and cosy home with several rooms set up for their guests. We had room #5 at the back side of the house, several back yard facing windows allowed for tons of natural light and serene sounds of nature to enter the space when the windows were open. Our room was a comfortable size for two adults and had its own three piece bathroom, and was ajoined to the common living room area set up for all guests with couches and chairs and entertainment setup including a fridge and coffee maker. Our hosts were quick to get us set up and get us familiar with the amenities of the house and surrounding area and take our breakfast order for the morning before leaving us to do our thing without impedance where we unpacked and settled in. We went for a small walk around the water front and called it a night where we slept quite soundly in their very quiet neighborhood. We woke to a home made breakfast prepared by the couple filled with homemade breads and a variety of healthy food that was delicious as they answered all of our questions about the area and shared stories. We then walked about 20 or so minutes to the head of the lions head trails and started our hiking day complete with a homemade lunch prepared by Diana and Doug. This was a great B&B and we would recommend it to anyone looking to take it easy between hiking days in the lions head area.

We stayed at Taylor-Made for a couple nights in October 2020 and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Doug and Diana were wonderful hosts, and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was safe and comfortable. The breakfasts were scrumptious, and after hiking each day we came back to delicious homemade cookies. Our room was super clean, comfortable, and relaxing. The B&B is in a great location in Lion's Head. We would love to come back one day! Highly recommend.
