Location was good for snorkeling but not much else. Everything else was a cab ride. Room was clean and very spacious. Service was painfully slow. Many mornings we waited 15-20 minutes just for our drinks. Same for lunch and dinners. The included continental breakfast didn't include much - eggs, bacon etc.. were all at an extra charge. We were aware there was construction ongoing next to the hotel. It was not supposed to start until 8 AM, however there was hammering and sawing by 6:45 every morngng (even on Sunday). The Windsong did apply a room credit for the disturbance but travelers should know when is actually starts in the AM. It does effect the enjoyment of taking in the views from the patio

Me and my family of four stayed at Windsong from 11/20-11/26 in an oceanfront two bedroom suite. It was 5 stars all the way around. Accommodations The suite was spacious and provided a breathtaking view of the beach and ocean. The suite was spotless and the housekeeping and turn down was prompt everyday and kept our suite very clean. Thank you to the wonderful housekeepers. The beds were very comfortable and the suite had everything that you would need if you decide to cook in the suite. Butlers Khalil and Derron are top notch butlers and by the end of our stay, I would say they were family. Derron was very responsive before we made the trip to help book excursions and dinner reservations. Once there, they assisted us with taxis, excursion bookings and more dinners. Derron also went out of his way to help us do our Covid testings. They both are excellent at what they do and I feel that they genuinely care about their guests! Food and Drinks We decided on the all-inclusive option as we didn’t want to get a rental car and wanted to spend more time on the resort. That option provides great value. The food was good and service was awesome. They have the option of sitting at the restaurants or take out. Miss La Vonne was awesome. Pejoe, Jerome and Davidson made wonderful drinks. RJ and Samual provided excellent service all week. Omar was great providing food and drink beach service. Just put your yellow flag in the sand and he was there to take your requests in minutes. Angenie and Elisia were also excellent! Beach Service Larry and Gustav were very helpful providing equipment and non motorized sports. As with all the staff there, they never made you feel like you were bothering them for anything! Overall, this was an amazing vacation and we look forward to visiting Windsong again in the near future!

The resort is well located in front of the coral park. Having said that, we would not recommend it. The service is very poor. The complementary breakfast excludes the basics such as scrambled eggs and bacon and we had to pay extra. Wifi was working intermittently in our room. Overall, overprized

Absolutely Amazing! Where do I start!?? The butlers, Khalil and Darren went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect!!! The ocean front rooms are well worth the price for the views. Our suite was well equipped with everything we needed and more. Loved relaxing on our ocean front balcony listening to the waves. The rooms were cleaned spotless every day. The beds were comfy and the air conditioning worked extremely well. Most nights we would go out for dinner, but loved eating breakfast at the resort. My husband and I travel around the world with Delta Airlines but nothing compares to the Windsong Resort and Turks&Caicos! Can’t wait to return!! Love the food, the resort and most of all the people!

Windsong is a great place to spend a weekend to rest and relax. The beach was fantastic, the sunsets spectacular and the staff very accommodating. The resturant had great food and on site COVID testing was convenient. Thoroughly enjoyed it!
